Natural beauty is something we are all born with and need to maintain.

Pamper yourself naturally from head to toe with these easy, effective do-it-yourself recipes for skin, hair and body.
Pumpkin Mask

Pumpkin Pamper Face Mask

To make your own mask mix

1 tablespoon cooked Pumpkin (canned Pumpkin will also work)

1 teaspoon raw Honey

1 teaspoon Vitamin E oil  (Optional)

Mix together thoroughly then spread a thin layer on your face and let sit for 10 minutes before rinsing.

If you are acne prone or excessively oily, omit honey and use 1 teaspoon of raw apple cider vinegar.

Pumpkin pulp is a potent antioxidant that helps fight wrinkle causing free radicals in your skin. Containing vitamin A, alpha and beta-carotenes, vitamins C, K, and E and minerals including magnesium, potassium and iron it helps fade sun spots and age spots.

Using pumpkin mash as a mask on a weekly basis will help to brighten & nourish your skin.
